A father has become an internet sensation after sharing a photo of him kissing his daughter on the lips while swearing at the camera.
Ian Singleton wanted to give his support to former footballer and celebrity David Beckham after he was slammed for sharing a photo on his Instagram kissing his own daughter.
Beckham caused controversy after sharing the photo of him with Harper, with many people commenting it was completely inappropriate.
But 42-year-old Ian from Liverpool has backed the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star by posting a photo of him kissing his daughter Cianna on the lips.
In addition, they also decided to stick their middle fingers up to the camera and people who slammed Becks.
Ian shared the photo with the caption: “People crying about that picture of Beckham kissing his kids is an absolute joke. Here’s a big shout out to all the lads out there that want to show their daughters how much you love them and not p ** any strange people off that complain that you shouldn’t do it.”
One commented: “Beautiful father and daughter. The world has gone mad if they think this is wrong. It’s the weirdos who have the problem not the doting parents.”
Another said: “The people that think it’s strange should be the ones that have a look at their view of parenting.”
Another added: “It’s weird that they think it’s weird, if ya get me?”
While some comments showed approval of the kissing, others didn’t like the rude gesture. One wrote: “Not too keen at all about showing a lovely little girl to put her finger up. Have to be other ways to protest whilst still having some decorum.”
Many fathers also shared photos of themselves kissing their daughters on the lips.
