A man who loves his home state so much had decided to have Florida tattooed on his forehead has been arrested.
It seems like his love for his home state was so strong that he felt it was right to call 911 to get a ride home.
But with a huge amount of weed? Of course, his ‘innocent’ idea went horribly wrong.
Matthew Leatham, 22, has been arrested at 4:20 am after he repeatedly called 911 to get a ride home, according to a court complaint that reveals he “cursed at the call taker during the call.”
The arresting officer offered to call him a taxi but the man said he did not have any money. He then called 911 again to find a ride.
When police officers picked him up and proceeded to search him, they discovered that he had 20g grams of weed.
Leatham was then charged with possession of marijuana and also misuse of the 911 system. He has since been released on $300 bail.
One person commented: “When you have defeated all of the other Florida Men, and you now have to face the final boss…”
Another wrote: “The REAL Florida man.”
In 2019, officers arrested Donald Murray who had a ‘crime pays’ tattoo on his forehead. The 38-year-old was involved in a high-speed police chase when he was caught with no lights on his car in Indiana.
The chase ended when Murray crashed into a tree but he managed to walk away on foot.
He was then arrested and charged with reckless driving, auto theft, maintaining a common nuisance, resisting law enforcement, and possession of methamphetamine.
