The murderer of two-year-old James Bulger, Jon Venables, is set to start a new life in Canada in just days because it will be cheaper for the U.
K. taxpayers than giving him a new life here in Britain, according to a source.
The news arrives weeks after officials hatched the plan to migrate the child killer abroad, as they were growing tired of repeatedly forming new identities for him. Venables was found guilty of murdering at ten years of age, and has been granted anonymity until his death.
The thirty-six-year-old has been provided with multiple distinct identities since 1993 but is regularly outed by infuriated members of the public.
The migration of the convict to Canada looks imminent as the murderer is being kept silently away from other prisoners, said a source.
The source added that the migration of the prisoner is likely to happen during the night to bypass security risks as a few people know and where he is.
Venables along with Robert Thompson, killed James Bulger on 12th February 1993, when they were both ten-year-olds. The pair snatched James in Liverpool shopping center from his mother. After that, both of them were granted lifelong anonymity after they were released from custody.
Since then, Thompson has never been heard of. On the other hand, Venables has been jailed two times more after he admitted to possessing pedophile manual as well as more than one thousand sickening child porn snaps.
Keeping his identity a secret cost the U.K. taxpayers £65,000, out of which, £57,300 were paid to government lawyers while £8,100 were spent on legal aid.
Ralph’s father, James Bugler, fifty-two, said that he would spend his remaining life trying to change the ruling that his son’s murderers may remain unnamed to protect the public. However, High Court judges did not agree to the bid, as they believed it would threaten Venables’ life.
