Singer Mandy Moore is devastated after her young son was diagnosed with a serious medical syndrome.

The celeb took to her account on social media to share the news with her fans and how heartbroken she was to learn about the incident.

The singer detailed more about how the star’s young son was suffering from a crazy rash and then before she knew it, one thing led to another and she was forced to rush to the emergency department to find out some terrifying news.

At first, she was told it was an allergy to a stimulant like poison oak perhaps. And therefore, they provided him with the right medication so he could find relief from that particular rash. But soon, she was told about another serious medical syndrome that happens in young kids.

Moore’s 2-year-old son whom she calls Rockstar is now suffering from Gianotti Crosti syndrome and it’s supposed to be extremely irritating and uncomfortable.

She added how her time this weekend was spent bouncing from one doctor’s clinic to the next. And it’s just sad to see such a scenario unfold.

The little boy got a lot of love and praise from fans as he was pictured enjoying his lollipop at the doctor’s office.

Moore says that she is a very concerned mother and right now, seeing her little baby in this position does not make her happy at all. “We thought that perhaps it was an eczema flair and now, we’re hearing all sorts of news”- the star continued. “But we’re glad we know the right diagnosis so we can help him in the best manner”- the singer explained.

Despite his discomfort, the mother of two claims he was all smiles and really being a great sport and she loved that about her little child.
