Sam Smith dressed to impress while taking to the red carpet at Brit Awards on Saturday.
The high-profile music awards ceremony took place in London and was attended by some of the most prolific British hitmakers out there including the likes of Jessie J, Maya Jama, and Sam Smith.
Attending the event, Smith, who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, donned a futuristic-looking latex outfit with rounded bulges resembling protruding shoulders and massive legs.
The singer once again managed to turn heads and draw attention to themselves just a week after the singer – alongside Kim Petras – won a grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their hit song Unholy.
Besides their unique and jaw-dropping outfit, Sam also showed off their freshly dyed blond locks complemented by a gorgeous drop earring.
During the show, Petras and Smith took to the stage to perform their hit single Unholy not long after the pair faced the heat for what the critics branded as a “satanic” and “out of the line” performance during the Grammys.
Taking to the stage to entertain the audience were also other renowned music industry figures including Lizzo, Harry, David Guetta, Lewis Capaldi, Ella Henderson, Becky Hill, and Wet Leg.
The news comes shortly after Sam Smith opened up about their tattoo addiction and revealed that they inked the word ‘romance’ on their belly and an anchor on their chest.
“I’m addicted now. I’m like 35-plus tattoos,” Sam said.
They later added that they finally learned to accept their curves and pose naked from the waist up after years of fearing exposing their skin to the camera.
“In the past if I have ever done a photo shoot with so much as a T-shirt on, I have starved myself for weeks in advance and then picked and prodded at every picture and then normally taken the picture down,” they said.
“Yesterday I decided to fight the f*** back. Reclaim my body and stop trying to change this chest and these hips and these curves that my mum and dad made and love so unconditionally.
“Some may take this as narcissistic and showing off but if you knew how much courage it took to do this and the body trauma I have experienced as a kid you wouldn’t think those things.”
