Fans have gone wild after Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, arrived in Australia to join the singer for her sold-out Eras Tour.
The NFL star was celebrating the past few days following the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory in the Super Bowl. He reportedly boarded a private jet from Honolulu and arrived at Sydney Airport on Thursday morning.
Surrounded by security and airport staff, the 34-year-old descended the steps of his girlfriend’s Bombardier Global 6000 and got into a silver vehicle parked on the tarmac.
Kelce was joined by another man, believed to be his friend Ross Travis, as he made his way to the Crown in Barangaroo.
The reaction of Australian fans to the NFL star’s arrival proves that Swift-mania has already spread across the country since the ‘Shake It Off’ hitmaker started her concerns.
One fan took to social media and shared a photo of multiple TV screens showing the footage of Kelce’s arrival.
“EVERY Australian news channel covering Kelce’s apparent plane landing is insane,” the X user wrote.
Swift and Kelce were last photographed together in Las Vegas on February 11, 2024. As they celebrated the Chief’s historic win.
Many people slammed the Chiefs tight end’s behavior after a photo surfaced showing him celebrating with a beer in his hand after a woman tragically died and 22 others were left injured during the shooting at the Super Bowl victory parade in Kansas City.
One angry fan wrote: “There is a time for everything, and that wasn’t the time for a picture.”
Kelce then took to social media and issued a statement that read: “I am heartbroken over the tragedy that took place today.
“My heart is with all who came out to celebrate with us and have been affected. KC, you mean the world to me.”
