A mother thanked a kindhearted Disney Princess for stepping in to comfort her 6-year-old son with autism when he was having a meltdown at Disney World.
Lauren, the mom, praised Snow White for being a ‘pure angel’ and giving her son a warm hug.
The grateful mom from New Jersey said in a post on Facebook that her non-verbal son started having a ‘meltdown’ while waiting to have a photo with Snow White.
“I am so emotional with these pictures!! Brody was having a meltdown,” she wrote.
“It was our turn to take pictures with her and he wanted nothing to do with it!
“Snow White could tell Brody had special needs! She took him for a walk and got him time away from the crowd!! This is true magic!!”
The mother-of-three also shared photos of the staff member hugging her son and letting him rest on her lap. She now wants to get in touch with Snow White to personally thank her.
“He was crying and was overwhelmed and just having a hard time,” she added. “Snow White was amazing with him!! She kissed, hugged and cuddled him.
“He was laying his head crying on her lap. She then took him for a walk away from the crowd!”
The mother also said: “She was amazing. She held his hand, danced with him, took him over to a bench and sat with him.
“She went above and beyond!! She took so much time with him. She was a pure angel! She was magical and my family is forever thankful and touched!”
Her Facebook post has been shared almost 80,000 times and gained over 250,000 likes.
