Her mom, Rosanne, knew there would be many challenges as thousands of girls also want to be on the runway. But like every parent, she wanted to make her daughter happy.
To reach her goals, Madeline lost some weight. Becoming a professional model helped her change her lifestyle and her transformation is incredible.

Madeline first appeared on the runway in 2015 and she became the world’s first supermodel with Down Syndrome. Forbes Magazine also named her ‘#1 Game Changer.’

“She doesn’t need to prepare. She is just ready,” her mom expressed.
Madeline became a big inspiration to thousands of people not only in Australia but also around the world. Her mother said: “Just because you have a disability doesn’t mean you can’t achieve your dreams.”
Madeline’s health still gives her difficulties. Last year, she had to stay in the hospital and underwent surgery. But she is now back to conquer the stage.
“When you are climbing that ladder to success, you still have a few glass ceilings to break through,” Madeline said.
