Watch the tallest man who landed his first job

A 22-year-old man was born with Sotos syndrome, also known as cerebral gigantism, and stands at 7ft 9ins.
Broc Brown was already 5ft 2ins while he was in Kindergarten. He sleeps in an 8ft-long bed and needs custom-made clothing.
Broc, who was crowned the ‘world’s tallest teen’ and was told by doctors he would not make it past his teen years, has landed his very first job at the Jackson YMCA sporting center in Michigan.
He told Barcroft TV: “This job means so much to me, it’s like the most important thing I have.point 190 | I started as a member at the YMCA and, one day, they offered me a job there.point 250 |

“I said to myself, you can do this, you can go out there and do this job. I’m really happy I managed to get it.”
He was diagnosed with Sotos syndrome when he was just five years old. Broc, who was born with one kidney, was recently diagnosed with diabetes.
Despite all this, he is thriving.
Broc has always faced a lot of challenges in his life due to his height and medical hardships.
But, he didn’t give up and continues to do well. He is happier than ever after getting his first job at the Jackson YMCA sporting center in Michigan where he checks the children in for the day and sends them to the right sporting classes.
Broc said: “A lot of people come up to me and say, ‘Oh you’re that tall guy from TV’ and I’m like, ‘Yep, that’s me’.point 218 |

“My family do really good by me, to help me. I’m doing good right now. For my future, I want to start making more cash. I want to own my own business for sure.”
