Acts of kindness happen all around, but people are having kindness in their hearts are very less these days.
They will see the person who needs help and simply passes away a look of how poor they are. Some people do not even bother to give a look and walk pass it as the needy are invisible to them.
It happens to everyone, and it happens every day to someone or other. But, some people cannot blind themselves and believe in helping. They perform their duty as a human being.
Dan Barnett was sitting in his office, engrossed in his work.
His sight suddenly fell out of the window that overlooked the street.
A very old woman was hugging a light pole. He knew something was wrong, so he rushed to help her. He went to her and asked her if she needed any help. The 96-years old woman was there for almost 10 minutes, and no one came to help her.
After asking about what was wrong, she told Dan that she was scared of the storm.
She was scared that the 60 mph speed of winds of Storm Doris would blow her into the street. She did not want it and was too fragile to keep her own support. Therefore, she hugged the pole.
Dan than held her and helped her walk back to her cottage.
She lived 5 minutes away and came out to buy milk.
Three people passed her while she was on the road but no one stepped in to help her. She was scared that she wouldn’t be able to go back home. Dan came to her rescue. If you liked this post, share it with your friends and family.
