Steve Harvey has finally broken his silence about the rumors that his wife Marjorie Bridges cheated on him.
The 66-year-old TV host addressed the claims that his wife Marjorie, 58, allegedly cheated on him with their personal chef and bodyguard while he was speaking at Invest Gest 2023 in Atlanta.
“Before I get started, just let me say, I’m fine. Marjorie’s fine,” he told the crowd.
“I don’t know what y’all doing, but find something else to do ’cause we fine. Lord have mercy. Man,” Harvey went on.
“I ain’t got no time for rumors and gossip. God’s been good to me, I’m still shining.”
Steve and Marjorie first met in 1990 but it wasn’t until 17 years later when they’ve decided to get married.
After their marriage, the game show host adopted Marjorie’s three children from her previous relationship.
Steve was previously married from Mary Shackelford from 1996 to 2005. They share a son named Wynton. Before that, he was married to Marcia Harvey from 1981 until 1994. They share twins Karlie and Brandi, and son Broderick.
In a 2012 interview with PEOPLE, the TV host gushed about Marjorie and said that she has ‘changed the way he existed.’
“I’d never been in a healthy adult relationship. I’d never been loyal, I’d never been fully respected,” he said at that time.
In 2016, Marjorie told the outlet: “When you’re dealing with a blended family, everyone is coming from a place of broken.
“We knew this was right. But I just told them, ‘Everyone is included. Everyone has access to their parents. Whatever you didn’t have before, don’t let that interfere with what you can have now.’
“Now, we’re Mom and Dad to everybody.”
