Arnold Schwarzenegger is leaving the world shocked as he reopens an age-old incident to admit his shortcomings.

The leading Hollywood actor explained how his affair with the housekeeper was undoubtedly one of his life’s biggest shortcomings and he really messed up by inviting such behavior. 

The news had people in awe as the former bodybuilder said in a blunt tone how the affair that he engaged in with Mildred Baena caused him to end his marriage with his wife Maria Shriver in the year 2011.

“Remember, it is not like we were involved in some sort of a fight or a feud”- he added while speaking to People Magazine recently for an interview. This happened to be published on Sunday where the star admitted that he never had a fight. 

The shocking affair with the housekeeper gave rise to a child named Joseph who was brought into this world exactly five days after the former California Governor welcomed his son named Christoper with his wife. 

But despite such a drastic and tragic end to his marriage, the star insists that even today, he and his former wife who is also a journalist, are on great terms.

He also spoke highly of Maria and how his chapter with her will continue forever. And despite the relationship being awfully different from what it was in the past, there is no reason why he should feel anything but love and the highest regard for her. 

Moreover, The Terminator superstar also made it very clear that his kids shouldn’t be the ones to suffer due to his actions and he would be doing everything possible to prevent that. 

“She has her things going on in life and I have mine. But we always keep in touch for the sake of our kids because they mean the world to us. We’ve got holidays, birthdays, Christmas, and so much always planned as a family”- he went on to reveal.

The leading Hollywood actor confirmed how his priority number one has always been the children and he hopes it continues that way forever.
