Traveling can be a fun adventure or the complete opposite and it sometimes does depend on the people sitting near you.
One man has been very vocal about his last traveling experience and how he was left dumbfounded when an entitled couple rolled out demands toward him about where he should sit.
The 45-year-old plane passenger was recently applauded by the masses when he put up his side of the story online. Many felt that saying no to entitled people on airplanes meant setting the right standard. And that can only be done by teaching them the difference between right and wrong.
“I was praised for saying no. I paid for my window seat, if they didn’t wish to sit apart, they should have done the same or at least made the effort during booking to ensure they were together”- he continued.
The husband and wife were very polite toward him at first. But when he started to say no and was just adamant to not respond to their nagging and orders, the husband started to lose his cool and began bashing him left and right.
But then a point came where even his wife had seen and heard enough. She started to understand the man’s perspective and even agreed with what he had to say.
“I was slammed for sitting toward the window seat.
They wanted me to sit in the middle and I had no interest in being a part of their conversations. This is an airplane, it’s not a place where you can have a date night. Plus I don’t think that them sitting away from one another for 11 hours would impact their marriage”- he laughed.
The fact that the wife requested first because she ‘did not do well’ in the middle seats made the 45-year-old upset. He found the excuse to be a strange one and politely refused, but the husband was just not so forgiving toward him.
