Rapper Kanye West entered into a meltdown in public after he was pictured punching and disfiguring his fan.
According to reports from local media outlets, the unknown victim was said to be the rapper’s fan who had requested him for an autograph. But that did not sit down well with the celeb who chose to attack him brutally.
The rapper is now being sued for assault and battery over the incident that left the individual in the worst possible shape.
As per recently published court documents attained by TMZ, Justin Poplawski says the rapper slammed him in the face multiple times. All he had done was request the star for an autograph but little did he know that he would get a beating and serious disfigurement in return.
The alleged victim mentioned how he was waiting right outside the rapper’s hotel to attain his autograph when the rapper told him to get out of here in the most vile and abusive tone.
That took him by surprise and then all of a sudden, he started to get so violent and beat him up. In case that was not enough, he allegedly threated to make an example out of the Poplawski.
The fan added how he did get autographs from the rapper in the past without any kind of issue. But this incident took him by serious surprise.
The singer and fashion designer is believed to have assaulted him so bad that he was badly bruised and had to be rushed to a nearby emergency. Even after hitting him, he kept on repeating, ‘do you wish to get attacked for real!’- the fan went on to mention.
The 46 year old father of four kept on hitting him and again, he was just so upset and did not know what to do.
He lay helpless for a while, crying and screaming for help but the star did nothing and just walked away. Therefore, the victim says he’s now seeking a ‘significant amount in damage’ and hopes to get financial compensation for the inexcusable act.
