A man was arrested on Saturday for trying to break into her home in New York City in Tribeca.

According to reports from local media outlets, the alleged stalker was described as a total nutcase that had a strange obsession with the talented star. He was said to have been following her every move for the past two weeks, as confirmed by the cops recently.

Another spokesperson for the New York Police added to media outlet Page Six that officers got a call regarding a disorderly person located on Franklin Street.

After arriving, they were informed about attempting to break open doors inside the building that was found in that very location. And the public location officer added how it was truly a very sticky situation altogether.

While the police have yet to reveal his identity, the star is said to be showered with love and concern from her fans who couldn’t even begin to imagine what she’s been going through for so long in silence.

“This is uncalled for and wrong. You are putting another human being’s life at risk and there should be no tolerance for that”- another fan urged and others couldn’t help but agree.

After arriving, the cops were informed more about how the individual was trying to open the door at the exact location of her home when they managed to stop him and arrest him.

Eyewitnesses mentioned how the man was very disturbing and he didn’t even bother to knock or ring the bell. He just wished to get inside through force and that’s why the cops were alerted without any further delay.

Swift has been living there in and out whenever she is in town. But the disturbing news has caused her security team to beef up action around all of her designated residences with zero tolerance for any trespassers trying to make their way inside.

Meanwhile, a second source also detailed how they spotted the man lurking there for months and that’s just unacceptable.
