A court in California is hearing more about an array of disturbing circumstances linked to a doctor’s decision to drive his entire family to death.

Sources from local media outlets were quick to speak about how the radiologist not only ended his life but those seated inside his vehicle.

The news has led to absolute tragedy and grievances from the family who stated how they had no idea about his dangerous intentions.

The incident arose when the doctor drove his Tesla off the cliff as a means of ending all of their lives.

As reported by the media outlet New York Post, the doctor named Dr. Dharmesh Patel is now facing three counts of attempted murder but has so far pleaded not guilty to those charges.

He was seen appearing before the courtroom in San Mateo County on Wednesday where his legal team argued for diversions as linked to his poor mental health instead of facing a complete trial. They added how the doctor in question was going through a massive episode of depression and therefore experienced a psychotic break.

 

The decision has left family members hanging as they believe the doctor should be charged for the horrific and tragic act where somehow they all miraculously survived.
