Terrifying reports are speaking about the death of more than 23 children after a school bus went up in flames recently.
According to reports from local media outlets, the school coach caught on fire during a field trip on the outskirts of Thailand’s capital city Bangkok.
The massive bus was said to be carrying 39 kids and six teachers. Suddenly, the bus caught on fire after one of its tires burst and that caused the vehicle to scrape against a giant metal crash barrier. This led to the creation of sparks that ignited the whole petrol tank.
The haunting scenes featured the kids and teachers in a terrifying state as rescue services did their best to transport the kids to a nearby hospital.
The transport minister says the whole incident is being investigated as we speak. More reports spoke about how the kids were so young, some as young as nursery and went up to 14.
The bus was transporting them on a one-day school trip to a historical park but who knew that a nightmare experience would ensue?
Some students and teachers are still not accounted for and are therefore declared missing as the driver is said to have survived but managed to flee from the scene of the accident. He is yet to be recovered by the authorities.
