A mother from New York jumped off the Niagara Falls with her two young children which included a five-month-old baby recently.
According to reports from local media outlets, all three individuals were reported dead as confirmed by the police.
Chianti Means stepped over the guardrail on Monday night at Luna Island which is a popular overlook above the falls featuring a massive 200-foot drop.
Police responded at about 9 pm where investigators determined that the plunge was intentional.
The circumstances surrounding the death are yet to be confirmed but reports claim that the mother may have forced her kids to jump and then she did the same.
Rescuers are yet to locate any of the bodies as of Wednesday.
Sources shared how the mother reportedly worked as a domestic violence counselor as per her LinkedIn profile. She graduated from school in nearby Buffalo.
