Tragic reports have confirmed the death of a 16-year-old boy from Georgia who was shot and killed by his good pal.

This was merely a few days before his birthday. As reported by ABC affiliate WSB-TV, the cops summoned to Oak Forest on Hatton Drive at about 6 pm after receiving complaints.

This is where they located the remains of 16-year-old Aston Nicholas Moon who was lying dead on the floor.

When the cops arrived at the scene, they found that Moon was suffering from gunshot wounds that hit his torso. As per authorities, he was rushed to a nearby clinic but later went on to succumb to his injuries.

As per the cops, the suspect was taken into custody and he’s said to be a very good family friend.

As per the child’s grandmother, he was always said to be a good boy and growing up to be a great young man. His heart was made of gold as per his family but it’s still not clear why his friend chose to attack him in the first place.

As per more understanding of the situation, they don’t know any other details and refuse to share any other information.

Many were seen expressing concerns at the great levels of crime rising in society and how the youth needs to start finding more productive things to do because now this is getting really serious.
