Jamie Foxx was recently involved in another altercation at the Los Angeles hotspot where the star actor was said to be celebrating his birthday on Friday night.

Jamie Foxx was celebrating when all of a sudden, he was taken aback by another table. They threw a glass at him directly in the mouth. This report was confirmed by a spokesperson for Just Mercy who explained more details to Page Six on Saturday.

The star reportedly had to get stitches and is said to be recovering. The police were called in and the matter is now in the hands of law enforcement authorities.

Meanwhile, another press release stated how police arrived at 10:06 pm to Mr. Chow after reports about an assault with a deadly weapon made the air.

The assault report was classified as unfounded by the cops who mentioned that the incident was a physical altercation between both parties.

Officers shared more on the matter and how it was an incident of battery and so far, no arrests regarding the matter have been made.

For now, the matter is still being investigated as mentioned by TMZ who happened to be the first media outlet to report on the issue.

Meanwhile, another witness has come forward to speak about how the other table was just being so rude and vulgar to the singer.

When the star requested them to leave him alone because his family was present right next to him, someone from the other table threw the glass and it struck him directly in the face.
