Tragic reports have confirmed the death of a three-year-old boy named Ianto Jenkins who died at the Rhosfach Farm after his dad left to deliver soil.

Sources shared how the child was busy playing with his sister and cousin.

His son was accidently run over by his dad who says it was a pure accident and that he never saw his child behind him.

He also mentioned that he was the closest to his son and wished to accompany him but he had work to do.

The court also heard how he was riding his bike in the secure farmyard and that’s when he was fatally injured by his dad’s truck.

The dad kept on insisting that he always did visual checks when driving to make sure the kids aren’t nearby and today was no exception.

But destiny had other plans and he ended up murdering his own child through his hands.

The father says it’s a pain that he now has to live with for the rest of his life. The horror and screams of his other children yelling, Ianto is dead haunt him forever. The child died from a traumatic head injury that was instantaneously fatal.
