The biggest night in Hollywood is in danger of being cancelled for the first time in 96 years.

According to reports from local media outlets, the Oscars might be cancelled for 2025 which would be record for the Hollywood industry.

 

The news comes after the devastating wildfires continue to rage across Los Angeles with new warnings of terrifying wind speeds aggravating the already serious matter.

The 97th Academy Awards will face an unexpected crisis as official committees led by top A-list celebs including Tom Hanks and Emma Stone keep monitoring the situation each day.

Meanwhile, a secret contingency strategy was put into effect for the March 2 awards ceremony to be removed as per the US Sun.

There are also growing concerns about the 2025 Oscars bash taking place that might be deemed tone-deaf given the massive recent destruction taking center stage.

As per reports published yesterday from official government sources, the death toll stands at 25 and many are still missing.

The main concern of the board at this moment in time has to do with making the event appear like it was a celebration while many citizens in LA have lost homes and loved ones in the recent destruction.
