Hamas hits out President Trump’s plans to take over Gaza.
The news comes after the country’s head of state issued a bold statement about America taking full control of Gaza and expelling all Palestinians out of their land to other territories.
The news did not go down well with the world, especially many Arab nations who felt his calls were unjustified and a clear violation of human rights.
Gaza has been at the center of the world’s attention for the massive destruction taking center stage since the events of October 7, 2023.
Despite calls for a ceasefire being made, Trump stood next to Israel’s PM, outlining his vision for Gaza. He said he has a clear plan for Gaza and will make sure a good job is done. That includes plans to clear the war-torn region and get rid of all unexploded bombs and weapons.
He also hoped to bring down damaged buildings and redevelop the region to produce jobs and housing.
However, the Hamas spokesperson has rejected those claims. He said that Hamas and the people of Gaza would not tolerate any kind of US intervention in the region.
He also said that the Gaza people will not and should not let such instances pass as the goal is to end the occupation and aggression against the people and not give rise to further problems. He reminded Trump that Hamas has held power of Gaza for 15 years.
