For a growing up child, motivation is everything they need.
A de-motivated child will never be able to grow up to become a confident person and elementary school teachers, as well as the parent of the kids, is mandatory to have this information in their mind and their heart.
Even though if a child is not able to perform well once, twice or even thrice, keep them motivated and they will work great after a few attempts but giving out a negative comment in the situation kills their self-confidence and self-esteem.
A teacher from Pennsylvania forgot the basic ethics of being a teacher and wrote a comment that stated that the child has performed absolutely pathetic on the test.
This outraged child’s father and he instantly circulated a petition demanding the teacher to be kicked out of her job, along with a picture of the test and her comment.
Chris Piland, the father took a picture of the test where the teacher, Alyssa Rupp Bohenek, had graded the test and wrote that it is very sad and pathetic that the child only solved 13 questions in 3 minutes.
This was not cool and the father wrote, “She has been extremely rude to me and my son the whole year. And who does such a thing on a 2nd graders test? This is horrible and I cannot even imagine what my child must be going through right now.”
The test demanded 60 simple subtraction sums are solved in 3 minutes but the kid only solved 13, which is fine but the teacher did not think so.
The petition went around Facebook like wildfire and gained a lot of attention. The Petition in no time gained about 10,000 signatures and the teacher is now being sacked from her job.
No matter how much you hate someone or something. You always have to keep your work ethics and she missed out on them.
