Several people are born with a disability each and every day.
And there are thousands who get disabled after they are born. This does not mean that they can never be fine again.
There is always a hope that a person born with a disability can win over their disability with the best way possible and the story of this little girl is the same.
Marzena Drusewicz, the mother of this young girl said, “We are glad that she is able to walk for the first time in her life. It has changed our life altogether and we cannot explain the peace it has brought to our hearts.”
Victoria Komada is a little girl who is taking her first steps in her life. No, she is not as young as you may think she is, but she has been through a lot in her little life.
For the first three years of her life, the little girl was not able to walk because she was born with her feet facing backward. But now after years of waiting and surgery, she is finally able to walk.
She was born with a condition called Bilateral tibial hemimelia, which caused missing bones and ankles in her legs. Her mother said “We had no idea of what we could do with it so we were looking for help everywhere.”
They were first told that both her legs have to be imputed but they kept on looking for a better solution and that is when they found Dr. Dror Paley. The Dr. said that he would be able to construct the little girl’s leg again at the cost of $235,000.
The family did not have enough money to get the baby girl treated so they created a fund me page for her.
Soon enough, they were able to raise the needed amount. They then went to Florida for the treatment and now after years of struggle the baby girl is finally able to walk.
