Have you ever heard that people are getting paid even if they are home or if it is raining and they are allowed to stop working? Well, this is the new rule that is coming on the play as the weather of Australia has taken a huge turn to the colder side.

The workers who are working outdoors will be allowed to stop using their tools, and get back to home if it starts raining or if the temperature dips as low as 1C.

1C is an extremely low temperature and this is the same temperature that has hit Australia.

Out of concern for people working in the outdoors, the government has announced that they are allowed to leave work and go home or the employer would have to make arrangements for a shelter for the workers to keep safe from the harsh cold that can make them extremely sick.

The good part is, the workers will still get paid.  And if the employers still want them to work then the workers will be eligible to receive double the amount of their pay for the same.

But the rule is not entirely unfair to the bosses as well. If they want the workers to continue with their world, the bosses can just send them to a different site which is covered so that the workers remain safe.

But for self-employed people, going home is always not the available option as they have to meet the deadlines but again, the rain is a serious risk.

Sydney has already faced the hardship has the region has received about 33mm of waterfall this Monday. According to the weather report, there are chances of more fall in the coming days. This is a very dangerous situation for Sydney right now.
