A girl was found lifeless in her bedroom by her mother after bullies sent her taunts on Snapchat, reports said.
13-year-old Faith Hindle died at their home in Cadishead, Great Manchester, leaving her loving family heartbroken.
A relative told Daily Mail that they are asking the police to make further investigations as cruel bullies taunted Faith over Instagram and Snapchat.
The girl’s grandmother, Theresa Riley, said: “We have asked police to investigate because we know she had been subjected to online abuse on Instagram and Snapchat.
“The trouble with Snapchat is that messages disappear but Faith had taken pictures of some of the abuse. I know in the past she messaged people saying things like, ‘I just don’t feel like being here’.
“And people messaged back: ‘Just do it! Just kill yourself!’ It is horrible.”
Hours before she passed away, Faith kissed her mother goodbye and said she would be spending the night with her father.
But the teen met two friends and went back home with them. Faith was then discovered by her mother, Charlene Riley, when she returned home.
Her devastated father told his heartache after his sweet daughter was found dead a few weeks before Christmas.
The girl’s dad, Lee, said to the Manchester Evening News: “It hasn’t really sunk in. I still can’t believe she’s gone.
“She was laughing and joking all day long and then the next day she’s gone. No one can believe it’s happened. Christmas is going to be really hard. Nobody expects to be planning a 13-year-old’s funeral.”
Since the teen’s death tributes have been paid to her as a ‘little angel’ and ‘beautiful.’ Candles, cards, and flowers have been left at her favorite park.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said that her death is not thought to be suspicious.
