Have you been in that situation in your school, college, or university when you had to appear on the stage to present something but then minutes before you could go on the stage, some of your classmates came up and presented their show with the highest levels of creativity, the kind that makes everyone stand up to give an ovation.
Yes, it happens very rarely but it does and this English creative writing student did something just like that.
This ultimately creative, creative writing student swept everyone off their feet with his fantastically creative performance as he rapped his 10,000 words long dissertation.
Yes, it was as surprising to everyone present in the room as it is appearing to you. He rapped his entire dissertation. His track album, the one he had converted his dissertation into contains 9 raps and 12 poetries.
22 years old Nicholas Uzoka, is definitely a very creative man, studying in the right stream. He decided to show his talent in the right way possible by converting his dissertation into tapes under the name of “Zoka the Author.”
The title of the dissertation was ‘The First Stone: An Oratorio’, where through a metaphor of his relationships with women around he talks about his relationship with the god.
He said, “rather than working on the basics I chose to mix Oratorio with hip hop beats to bring it out and treat it as the tension between society and the classic religious belief in God.”
He added “Instead of sticking to the general was of presenting a dissertation, I chose to present it in the way I am best at. I am a rapper and I love to express in the same manner, I am thankful to my university for letting me present my dissertation in this manner.”
If you wish to listen to his dissertation then it is available on Spotify. Go check it out.
