A video of a happy lamb bouncing down hallways and on beds went viral on the Internet, making him an Internet sensation overnight.
21-year-old Shannen Hussein, from Melbourne, Australia, found the little lamb named Winter and his twin on a cold winter night after they were abandoned by their mother.
They were weak and shivering so, Shannen decided to take the twins to her home where she cared for them the whole night.
Unfortunately, Winter’s twin couldn’t survive. But, Winter recovered and now he lives with Shannen.
Winter loves bouncing down hallways, on beds and on almost everything. Shannen told Barcroft TV: “At about two weeks of age I started recording him bouncing down the hall when I called his name. It was like a game for him. I thought it was pretty adorable but I didn’t think it would cause that much of a fuss.”
Shannen shared an adorable video of Winter bouncing down hallways on her Vine account which had just a few followers.
But within three days, the adorable video had been viewed by more than 11 million people.
Shannen said: “I was just really shocked from having no followers to straight away people were liking and re-Vining my six-second clips of him. I honestly didn’t know how to react. It just seemed crazy.”
Winter now lives at the hobby farm with Shannen’s family and other animals, including donkeys, emus, parrots, and a camel.
Shannen said: “We have found he likes to play on soft things like my bed or on couches which isn’t ideal.
He also has a weird habit of ramming outdoor chairs that have fallen over.
He seems to find it offensive, I guess, but it’s quite funny to watch. ”“Over the years in owning and raising animals I have experienced quite a few weird animal habits but Winter was the first lamb I ever got the chance of raising.”
