Christmas is around the corner and it is going to be extra special because, for the fourth year in a row, Harry Potter fans around the country will once again get the chance to enjoy Christmas dinner inside the Great Hall, as part of the Warner Bros.
Studio Tour.
For the first time ever, the visitors will get a chance to step into Harry Potter-themed winter wonderland, from 16th November until Sunday 26th January 2020.
The Great Hall stage will be decorated as it was for the iconic Yule Ball, with snow-covered Christmas trees, icicles and an orchestra of magical instruments.
According to reports, the dinner will be served on three consecutive evenings – December 9-11 – and will include drinks and canapes, before two-course Christmas feast. The dinner in the Great Hall will begin at 6 pm and ends at midnight
Starters include beetroot, orange and dill cured salmon as well as vegetarian butternut, honey and rosemary veloute and a pear and vegan feta salad.
According to The Cosmopolitan website: ‘’The Gryffindor common room, the Weasley burrow and the infamous Hogwarts castle model will also be transformed for the festive season, and original props such as handmade Christmas cards, some of which were created by the cast members during production, will be on display.
’’
‘’On 9th – 11th December, lucky fans can enjoy drinks and canapes before sitting down to a two-course Christmas feast, and then be unleashed on a tour of the studio after-hours, where dessert will be served on Platform 9 3/4s.’’
The ticket price is £240($300 USD) per person includes a two-course dinner, canapes, drinks, and some Butterbeer. Tickets will go on sale at 10 am on September 17, 2019.
