California is under fire as about 9,000 hectares of forest is already burnt and the fire is not stopping.
This has created a huge massacre as hundreds and thousands of people are being affected by it.
Forest fires have become prevalent in the region and it seems nature is taking revenge. Although we want to fight back the fire and put an end to it, it is going to take a lot of effort and permission of nature to put it out.
Matthew McConaughey has his home in Austin, Texas, where his family lives and he loves to live there as well but for his work, he spends most of his time in California.
He is a man who believes in charity and doing good for others selflessly at least at the time of need. He added another star to his record of charity.
As thousands have been affected by the fire and have migrated to shelters, the 49 years old actor joined hands with the volunteers in preparing 1,600 meals in Los Angeles on Friday. The food they prepared was distributed in both Northern and Southern California to all the people who were needy at the time of crises.
The actor who calls California his second home worked with the Operation BBQ Relief team as they distributed 800 meal boxes at 20 different fire stations.
Another 800 meal boxes were distributed at shelters by the streets to people who had lost their homes or had to get out of them.
Matthew has worked tremendously for the cause and this is not where he stopped. He even made a request to all the people on his social media to come and join hands for the cause.
California needs your help. Be there for California and people who are struggling with their life back.
