Researchers have released a list of things that people would never change.
A poll of 2,000 people found eight in 10 would never change their habits or give up things that they have been doing all their life.

Whether it is waking up at the same time, ordering the same takeaways, supporting the same football team, or even their hairdresser, there are certain things that people never change.
People follow their daily routine and after a time, it becomes impossible for them to change that routine.
The same goes for the habits. It is nearly impossible to change habits of more than 10 years. Even if you try to do so, it will take a lot of time to change that.
People get up at the same time every day, go to work, come back, eat dinner or order the same takeaways. This routine is nearly impossible to change.
However, sometimes, change is good and beneficial. Especially, if you give up on a bad habit, it is good for you. It is not an easy thing to give up on your bad habits but if you are willing to do it, sooner or later you will be able to do it.
Start from small things like going for a walk, or start reading a newspaper in the morning before checking your mobile phone.
Change is very important in life. You should come out of your comfort zone and try new things. Life is too short to do the same boring things that you have been doing all your life.
Challenge yourself, try out new things, go on adventures, and give up on your bad habits. Do a different thing every day to learn something new or experience new things.
Life becomes so much better and interesting when you come out of your comfort zone.
