Being a mother is one of the most difficult tasks in one’s life.
Mother has to prepare for the baby stuff such as baby car seat, baby bottle, and baby clothes and so on.
Pam Medina is a nurse in Henrico Doctor’s Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. One day, she walked into the hospital break room and saw another nurse, Sara Putnam, who was looking for something from a box of donated baby clothes.
Pam asked why and Sara’s situation was not what she had expected.

Sara recently had been granted custody of her baby granddaughter, Isabella. But her custody was not expected.
She didn’t have any baby supplies for the baby and that’s why she was digging into hospital’s donation box.
Her story moved Pam’s heart.
As soon as Pan went home that day, she looked for mom-focused Facebook groups, and posted a heartfelt plea for Sara and her daughter (as she got custody), Isabella.
“I explained her sudden need and that she was a hard-working woman,” Pam said.
Pam kept a secret to Sara until she is ready.

Pam drove all over Virginia to pick up stuff for Isabella. After everything was set up, Pam filled the car with the baby stuff she got from the mothers in Virginia. They got baby stuff such as strollers, clothes, baby car seat, and bottles.
Sara was so surprised to receive such presents.
Sara didn’t have anything for Isabella when she got the custody, but a few days later, she had everything she needed.
Pam and Sara broke down into tears.
“It’s the mom connection,” Pam explained. “They know what it’s like to need something.”

They didn’t even know each other’s last name when Pam heard Sara’s story. However, they connected in the name of “mother.”
