In case you’re looking for a job, this might be what you are looking for.
ExpoCart is hiring a ‘Christmas Fair Tester’ to drink mulled wine while traveling to the best Christmas markets in the UK.
The fortunate person will be paid a handsome $65 (£50) an hour in exchange for their service.
In the job description, the company asks their potential candidate to “go to Christmas markets, enjoy the festivities, do some shopping, drink some Gluhwein.”
The festive offerings which need to be covered in the job are scattered across the country, including Winter Wonderland and Birmingham and Edinburgh Christmas markets.
All the expenses incurred while traveling will be covered by the company.
The best part is, you’ll be allowed to take a friend with you. The pair must visit three or more than three markets in a week.
Although you’ll be getting the payment for one hour at each market, you can still make a handsome amount.
The market visits will start from December 6 and will run until December 24.
While visiting the Christmas markets, you’ll have to take photos, with a focus on the products offered by the competition.
You’ll be taking a lot of notes and will be required to submit a 750-word report for each market by January 10.
Anyone who’s above 18 years of age and has a valid driving license is eligible for the job.
According to the company, the role is ideally suitable for retirees or students, especially those who have a “passion for all things Christmas-related.”
Co-founder and CPO of ExpoCart Jasmine Eilfield said: “Christmas markets are one of the most popular attractions in the country, with thousands of people visiting them every day throughout the festive period.
“So, with our upcoming expansion into the consumer markets and fairs sector, we decided to take advantage of all of the fairs currently running, and do some market research of our own.
“Obviously we know this is a dream job for a lot of people, so we’re expecting a lot of applications.
“We’re excited to pick our Christmas Fair Tester and get them enjoying all of the Christmas fairs the UK has to offer!”
