How to make sheet-pan Pancakes
Preheat your oven to 425°F and coat an 18-by-13-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Make 3 cups of whole-wheat pancake mix according to the directions printed on the package.
Pour the batter into the pan, spread and make an even layer.
Make sections in the batter and sprinkle different add-ins in each section.
Insert a toothpick in the center to comes out clean. Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes.

Strawberry Shortcake Sheet Pan Pancakes
Servings: 4-6
INGREDIENTS
4 cups pancake mix
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
6 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1 cup strawberries, sliced
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C).
Pour pancake mix, milk, and eggs into a bowl and mix it well.
Pour batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread to the edges.
Place cream cheese on top of the batter put the strawberry slices.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cut into squares and serve immediately, or freeze up to 1 month.
