What was kept as an assumption to happen sometime has finally and officially happened as the votes taken in The Congress were against Trump and he is going to be impeached now?

Due to his telephonic conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and a few other matters, Donald Trump has been facing allegations of committing some federal crimes.

It was also found that he had talked to the Ukrainian President to extract information about hopeful Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden. This matter has also opened windows regarding a conspiracy that would have taken place in the 2016 elections.

So how did this information got out? Well, a whistleblower leaked the information regarding the call after which transcripts of Trump’s calls were demanded. This transcript then reached the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who decided to launch an inquiry on the matter.

The accusation put on Trump for withholding military aid to Ukraine says that he did so because of his personal political reasons and not national political reasons.

The matter started when it was found out that the two presidents talked on a phone call and the US president had talked about something that had to do with his opponent in the future election.

Joe Biden was extensively upset with the same and demanded an impeachment. Now after a lot of discussion in the parliament, the impeachment with the majority of voters favoring it has been launched.

There are two articles of impeachment put against him. The first one says misuse of power which had 230 votes in its favor and the second one which says obstruction of Congress received 229 votes against Trump and thus the impeachment was showed the green signal.

Before Trump, two other US presidents had been impeached, so it looks like history is repeating itself. Let’s just wait for the results now.
