Tinslee Lewis is suffering from anomaly, a rare heart condition that is hard to survive.
Her mother who lives in Texas burst into happiness after she came across a wonderful fact. The Texas Court of Appeals proclaimed to Tinslee’s medical care center not to take off her life supports system.
The court strictly said this to the Cook Children’s Medical Center to continue with the baby’s life support system duly. Little Tinslee will get this medical provision until a substantial ruling comes out.
The verdict came out just after a day the Tarrant County judge denied the injunction executed Tinslee’s medical care center.
According to this they would take off little Tinslee’s life support system and she would subsequently pass away. Trinity Lewis, Tinslee’s mom hired a legal advisor named Joe Nixon who made the entire thing possible.
Nixon exclaimed that the court had ruled out a death sentence to those who would withdraw Tinslee’s life supporting system.
Little Tinslee was born in February, 2019 and she has been fighting with her life ever since.
Anomaly is a rare heart disease which Tinslee got detected with a few minutes after her birth. Hence, requires a fully-fledged cardiac and respiratory back up on a round the clock basis.
An ethics committee made the decision to discontinue with Tinslee’s treatment any longer. The only reason was she not responding her treatment well, in spite of their repeated strivings.
Nixon said that it will take months for the Texas court of law to come up to a decision. Meanwhile Tinslee’s family will be able to find an appropriate medical treatment for her.
Trinity Lewis, Tinslee’s mother is extremely happy with the ruling that has come out. She says that she feels ecstatic with the thought of spending a couple of days more effectively with her daughter.
