According to PEOPLE Magazine, Oreo confirmed to them that Pink Easter Egg Oreos will be debuting in February for a limited time.
The Instagram account threesnackateers shared a picture of the packaging.
The caption read: ‘’Coming soon! No fancy flavors here. Just cute little pink Golden Oreos Easter eggs. I’m actually really excited for these. Will you go on the hunt for these?’’
The packaging shows there will be five different cookie designs in each package and the egg-shaped cookie is a festive, pink-tinted golden Oreo.
On January 20, Oreo is bringing back Most Stuf cookies which packed more filling between the chocolate wafers.
In 2017, the limited-edition cookies inspired by the iconic Easter candies were introduced by Oreo and a representative for Oreo told PEOPLE the new exciting flavor was also already available nationally in a variety of grocery stores.
Oreo is the best selling cookie brand in the United States. They are available in over one hundred countries such as the United Kingdom and referred to as Oreo biscuits. In the 21st century, many varieties of Oreo cookies have been produced.
National Biscuit Company which is today known as Nabisco first developed and produced Oreo biscuit in 1912. The Oreo Biscuit was renamed in 1921 to “Oreo Sandwich” in 1948, the name was transferred to “Oreo Crème Sandwich” and in 1974 it became the “Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookie.”

These “limited editions” typically appear in stores for a short period and are then discontinued, although some varieties have since resurfaced, for example Reese’s Oreos returned for a second limited run after they were first introduced for a limited period in 2014 and Birthday Cake Oreos, originally introduced in 2012, have since become permanently available.
Some limited editions are only made available at certain retailers.
