Most people hold a special part in our hearts for things that are cute and fluffy.
And how could we resist those furry four-legged companions wagging their tails, jumping on people they meet, and bringing gifts like leaves, rocks and old toys?
However, not all dogs receive the love and care they deserve. Some pooches find it hard to find their forever home despite their loving behavior.
Jubilee, a husky, is one of those canines that are blessed with loving personality but her appearance is so distinct that her owner rejected her.
Even though she was always sweet and loving, it was difficult for her to find a loving home.
“I loved her so much and wanted to adopt her, but was glad to hear that she was going to rescue. She was so shy but wanted to be loved. I hope she’s doing even better now. I’ll post some stuff I have of her, even though she was a lot skinnier (too skinny) back then,” said Caroline Hilliard, who used to work with the pooch when she was in NC.
Many people commented that they wanted to adopt her but they live too far away and Husky House cannot arrange house visits.
“We do require home visits (unfortunately, not by Skype because not everyone is honest), but we do have previous adopters in other areas, so you can always try. Sadly, we’ve also taken the chance in adopting out of state and the adoption didn’t work out.
“The person called and demanded we pick up the dog or they were dumping her in a local shelter. So we’ve been forced to make sure it’s a reasonable distance in case we have to get there in a hurry.”
One Facebook user commented: “I LOVE THIS DERP! I adopted by Duchess BECAUSE of her silly face. Best decision I ever made. She is gorgeous and perfect in every way.”
Another wrote: “Your beautiful and perfect in my eyes!!I’m in Texas and would love to add you as the family!”
A third added: “Awww shes Scooby Doo but as a Husky!”
