It was observed by the local public that a kitten was stuck on a ledge of a unit.
It was so hard for the kitten to save itself. The ledge was really very narrow and the height was too high.
A person notified it to The Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Singapore.

Soon after the notice, a rescue officer, Yao Huang reached the block. There were two officers already present from the neighborhood police center.
The two officers were standing with blankets to assist the rescue while the rescue officer ran into the 12th floor to save the kitten.
The team had a successful mission as they were able to save the kitten. Thankfully, the kitten is back to its owner now.
The owner has also permanently locked the window or mesh it. They were also asked to mesh the gate so that it is safe enough for the kitten.
Cats and kittens are said to be very excited and curious animal creatures. If they see any bird, they can easily jump out of the window. They don’t know at what height they are and that they can slip anytime in a rush.
You should always take extra care about your window locks before thinking to pet a kitten. If you take all the precautions, it is difficult for the kitten to escape.
There are many other methods you can find online to secure your windows and gates so as to save your pets. We can always make a difference by creating good value in society.
You can help animals to stay safe. The person who called the rescue team created a very good cause in society. We hope you make such good causes and report them in World Animal Day.
