A teacher has caught on camera what appears to be three bear cubs enjoying life by playing and dancing in the middle of an enchanting forest in Finland.
As Valtteri Mulkahainen, a devoted photographer who works as a PE teacher, explained, he has long been capturing incredible moments from his country’s nature on camera.
While he managed to take plenty of incredible shots of wildlife throughout the years, nothing beats the dancing bears he caught on camera in the forest surrounding Martinselkonen.
“The cubs behaved like little children. They were playing, and even started a few friendly fights. I felt like I was on a playground in front of my house, where small children frolic around. That’s how much they reminded me of little children,” Mulkahainen said in an interview with Bored Panda.
“At one point, the three of them got up on their hind legs and started pushing each other. It was like they were dancing in a circle.”
As the teacher with a passion for wildlife added, he was just some 160 feet away from the action when he encountered the fairytale-like situation.
“I photographed the cubs with the bear all evening and all night,” he said, explaining how he saw the animals from a nearby shelter where he was staying at the time.
According to the experts, bear families typically do their best to avoid interactions with humans, meaning that Valtteri was incredibly lucky to have hours to spend in the presence of the majestic beasts.
