An adorable puppy from Vietnam went viral as he looks like a cat with his pointy ears and thick fur coat.

10-week-old Dui has over 43,000 fans on Facebook created by his owners only a week ago.

People flock to his page because of his cuteness and some of his photos show him wagging his tail and showing his tongue while playing with other cute pooches.

In an interview with Metro, Dui’s owners, Hai Anh andTuan, said that their adorable pooch is a cross between a breed of dog native to Vietnam and a short-legged canine.

“But I think he might have a gene mutation too. I bought him in a mountain province in Vietnam,” Tuan shared.

“He is a happy and sweet pup, he loves to play with other dogs, even big dogs and so sweet with humans.”

Speaking about Dui’s Facebook page, Hai Anh said: “It’s been only 5 days since we created Dúi’s fan page and it now has more than 40K likes. The dog now has loads of fans both in Vietnam and around the world.”

One internet user commented: “This doggo is of H’mong dog breed. (H’mong is an ethnic minority group in Vietnam). The original pictures of this doggo are posted on Dao Meo (cat island) – a vietnamese fb page for fog and cat lovers. He is very popular on Vietnam fb pages now.”

Another wrote: “I don’t care if it’s cat or dog. It’s a cuddly gud boi and I want it.”

A third added: “Do you want cat or a dog? YES!”

Someone else said: “A cute dog for sure, besides me did anyone see the whiskers, as in cat whiskers ???”
