Ronaldinho, a football legend, remains behind the bars in a prison in Paraguay.

However, it seems like the legend cannot keep his hands off even in prison and was clicked while playing football.

The former winner of Ballad d’Or was reported to be competing in a five-a-side tournament in prison in order to bring all the inmates together to take part in a bizarre prize of 16kg suckling pig. 

Photographs of this tournament also appeared online, with the legendary player  wearing floral shorts and a white vest along with AstroTurf trainers.

Donning his trademark ponytail, the Brazilian icon appeared to be straight in amongst the action as the tournament got underway upon the small concrete pitch.

In another picture that appeared later, Ronaldinho was seen surrounded by his team-mates holing a golden trophy.

A team boasting the AC Milan and former Barcelona superstar won the final match with 11-2 score. Ronaldinho managed to score five goals and assist in the sixth one. 

The thirty-nine-year-old was detained after he was arrested for allegedly trying to enter Paraguay, a South American country, with a fake passport along with his brother.

The prize of a pig for victory is nothing compared to the gong Ronaldinho won in 2002 as his country Brazil clutched the World Cup for the fifth time. 

As per his lawyer, Ronaldinho did not realize that his documents were invalid and the activity that led him to the prison was an act of stupidity.

According to another legal representative, Ronaldinho knew that he was traveling to the country with an invalid passport.

Other than this, the reports also say that on Friday, Ronaldinho was tested in the Asuncion prison for Coronavirus.
