Every few days, there is something new buzzing on social media.

But this time it is something, or rather, someone very precious. The one who has become a sensation on TikTok is an adorable Golden Retriever.

This golden retriever was born with just one ear in the middle of her forehead. She instantly gained attention. She has already attracted millions of views on TikTok and is attracting even more.

Rae- the adorable pup who became a star overnight because of her ear, has the same name too. Spell “ear” backward and you will have Rae.

Right after Rae was born, she fell critically ill. She was then disfigured and so she has just one ear now. She was treated in Grand Rapids in Michigan.

When she was in the hospital, the receptionist of the hospital, Brianna Voorhees fell in love with her and adopted her.

She said “I had a 4 years old Golden retriever Loki. He was 4 years old. He had passed away because of Leukemia the last year. So I was very affectionate to Golden Retrievers.”

“She added “Rae was brought to the hospital for an emergency surgery right after she was born.

The breeder said that the mother had cleared the amniotic and placenta sack aggressively. This caused Rae’s ear and skin to come out. Her entire skin and part of flesh were gone.”

“When breeders are unable to take care of an animal they generally leave them off at the hospital. Rae needed full-time attention and had no one to look after.

So I adopted her. It was like she was brought there just for me. We had a connection and here we are now. She is perfect and so adorable. She fills my heart with so much love.”

“She had surgery and it was a scary one. We did not know if she was going to survive for about 48 hours. But she came out of it like the brave girl she is.”
