For years and years, we have been listening to how the world has been losing on wildlife.
The population of the wild species had fallen down tremendously over the last few years, or at least this is what we humans knew.
Several rare, endangered, and a few animals we thought were extinct have come out as humans winded up to be inside their houses leaving the world vacant for animals.
With the same, California’s Yosemite National Park was closed down to the public with no visitors on premises at all. Because of the same, the National Park is thriving with wildlife now.
Coyotes, bobcats, and bears are a few animals that are only found in the corridors of the park in general. But in recent days, these animals were seen through the park and even around the Yosemite village.
Rangers noted and said that animals are at comfort and freedom with no humans around and so they are on a move too.
Because of reduced human intervention and reduced threat, black bears are coming back to the national park. The population of black bears has tremendously improved. In just the past few weeks, the population of black bears in the region has quadrupled.
The Yosemite National Park was closed down to the public on March 20 at 3 PM. The officials of the park said that their priority was the safety of the visitors of the park, their employees, volunteers, and the partners of the park.
Yosemite National Park has been taken under strict observation by The National Park Service to assess the coronavirus situation.
Ranger Katie, a biologist working in black beers for a very long time said it is time to party for them. She said that ever since the humans are gone, bears are enjoying the freedom and celebrating it with a party.
