A mom has recently revealed how she kept boredom away by organizing her home – and the result is breathtaking.
The mom, from Sydney, Australia, has posted a number of photos from her immaculately organized home on Facebook.
The extremely organized home got a lot of appreciation on Facebook with people saying it was perfect. But the internet is the internet and there were some haters too, as always.
For some, she had used more plastic dividers than were necessary and others suggested that the level of tidiness she achieved was not practicable for routine use.
A comment on the post read: “Looks great but did you really need to put the Koh (surface cleaner) in a box when it’s already in a box?
“And the shaving cream and deodorants in their own boxes too? I’m not sure what that adds?”
Others made the point that the way the woman had neatly organized her pans and pots would not remain that neat if used in the routine.
The woman explained that it took her three weeks of free time to achieve that level of organization. She said: “I have organized my whole house.
“It didn’t happen overnight but I eventually got it all done. Now I need to label everything. Not sure if I should buy a Cricut maker or buy them already made.”
Even though there was a lot of criticism, the “queen of organization,” a name given to her by Facebook users, defended her stance by saying that the plastic tubs make maintaining her system easier.
In the photos she shared, her well-organized linen cabinets could be seen with duvets, towels, blankets, and tea towels placed in the most perfect way possible.
The nifty lady organized her cleaning bottles on the shelves under the sink.
Her beauty products, including razors, cotton buds, hair slides, and tampons could be seen very neatly placed in plastic shelve drawers, in a way that they could be seen from the outside.
Her pantry featured the food in labeled containers and the cutlery arranged in a way to avoid any jumbling.
According to her, the way to make your home look minimalistic is by having a spare room to place all extra items that are not needed at once.
It could also be seen in her photos that she had no multiple unused items like BBQ sauces and half-eaten cereal boxes lying around.
The woman concluded: “I let everything run low and use up what I have before buying more.”
Replaced!
