People always say true love finds its way, and these two parents from Ohio prove that the connection between lovers is stronger than you think.
It all started when Lorrie Spahn Agan and Jeffrey Agan, Sr. decided to have a divorce in 2014 after a life shared together.
The two were married for 25 years, but their final moments were filled with turmoil, heartbreak, and tears. When they chose to go their separate ways, the entire family fell apart. Their kids had a difficult time coming to terms with their parents’ decision.
But just three years after the bitter divorce, Jeffrey did something that took not only their family but also the internet by surprise.

After the split up, Lorrie and Jeffrey did some soul-searching. Jeffrey explored poetry and pursued a new career, while Lorrie traveled to find herself through nature.
The years they spent apart allowed them to bring all the positivity back in their lives. It helped them grow as healthy individuals. When Jeffrey felt that the time was right, he asked his former wife out on a date.
Within a few months, their relationship blossomed once again. Jeffrey realized it was a huge mistake to agree on divorce.
