Three adorable corgis were caught working together to steal leftover food from the kitchen counter.

Henry, Harley, and Hugo left internet users impressed with their brilliant technique to grab some snacks.

The viral video shows Henry and Harley forming a well-cushioned footstool to le their 8-month-old furry pal Hugo hop on their backs so he could reach their delicious meals.

The hilarious incident was filmed by Line Fatland Froystad in Norway, a professional dog trainer.

“My corgi is raised together with his border collie brothers,” Line said.

“Hugo always wants to do the same as they do, run fast, jump high and steal food from the counter. But a corgi has short legs and all of these things aren’t always easy to do,” Line continued.

“So one day after dinner I noticed Hugo was jumping on the back of Henry and Harley to reach the food.

“The moment he got up he attacked the food. The two border collies where probably hoping he would share some, but he didn’t.”

“Looking back, I’m thinking this video has a really good message. We all need to work together to achieve our goals and, at this time with Covid, I think this video is what we need,” she said.

One internet user commented: “Made me smile and not a lot does in the news .. Brilliant dogs, humans could learn a lot from them – sadly they never will.”

Another wrote: “I had a cat and dog who cooperated in getting food from a kitchen worktop, if left unattended. The cat would push the food onto the floor and the pair of them would help themselves. I only discovered this when I walked into the kitchen and found them in flagrante delicto!”

A third added: “Adorable love their cheeky expressions.”
