The Duke of Sussex may delay his return to the US to stay for his grandmother’s birthday, royal insiders say.
Prince Harry is said to have booked an open flight which means he could return to the US after The Queen turns 95.
This comes after the 36-year-old held two hours of peace conversations with his brother, Prince William 38.
Reports said that the brothers have met with their father Prince Charles after Prince Philip’s funeral service on Saturday.
The Queen will turn 95 on April 21 and it will be her first birthday without the love of her life.
The plans to mark the day with a new portrait of her has been canceled as she is still mourning for her other half.
The Queen will mark her birthday with a small group of staff in Windsor Castle, reports reveal.
Royal sources said that Her Majesty will probably spend her 95th birthday just like she has most other days this year – going to Frogmore and walk her new corgi pups Muick and Fergus.
Prince Harry’s plane ticket allows him to spend Wednesday with his grandmother for her first birthday without her beloved husband.
“If all goes well, he could stay for the Queen’s birthday,” a source told The Sun.
Harry had to quarantine at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor when he returned from the US where he lives in a mansion in Montecito with Meghan and their son Archie.
The feuding brothers are expected to meet again this summer when they unveil the new statue of their mother Princess Diana at Kensington Palace.
