A woman who was addicted to sex and once slept with as many as six men in a single night revealed how she managed to turn her life around.

Laurie Jade Woodruff is a 30-year-old mother who spoke out to The Sun to open up about her past addiction to sex.

As the young woman admitted, sex would be part of her daily routine, whereas every week she met with strangers to satisfy her cravings for one-night stands.

According to Woodruff, she at one point had as many as six sexual partners in the same night. She also revealed how her lifestyle made sex clubs appear irresistible to her.

As the 30-year-old added in an interview with The Sun, her sex addiction grew worse in her 20s when she found sleeping with strangers soothing and thrilling at the same time.

After giving birth to her son Henry, Woodruff attempted to make things work with the baby’s father only to find herself in constant arguments resulting from her obsession with sex.

 

It wasn’t until the woman realized her addiction was getting more attention than her own son that she decided to act and sign up for a Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous program.

After hooking up with up to 200 partners, Woodruff managed to find the support and encouragement she needed to overcome her addiction from fellow addicts who provided her with comfort during their meetings.

Though she couldn’t make it without sex for a very long time in the past, the mother managed to turn her life around, whereas she is now celibate and has the time to focus on her young son.

“I’m not in that place of desperation any more. Now I meditate and I’m not always on my phone looking to hook up. Henry is my focus now,” she said.
